Hi my name is Lunar and i was found run over by a car.

The lady that took me to the vet wanted me to be euthanized because of my injury, the police that was informed of the accident contacted 2nd Chance Dogs and they immediately came and took me into their care.

I fully recovered from my injuries and I am waiting for a new forever home.

I am as sweet as sugar, I am weary of strangers but when I know that they mean no harm then I relax, I am great with other dogs, my best friend is Jack we love to play allot, I have no problem sharing my food and toys with other dogs. Lunar is 100% Healthy

I would love a peaceful and quite home life, I am weary of Children so would prefer a home with adults, I would be an amazing companion to any one who will earn my trust. I will utterly devote myself to them. a home with a small garden would dbe ideal however I could even live in a apartment as long as I get my regular walks.

Lunar is a loving dog once you gain her trust, she is weary of strangers and takes time to trust them, she is wonderful with all dogs and can be homed with cats as long as the correct introduction is carried out. I wouldn't prefer a home with children because loud noises and high energy from children will cause her to stress. she has no reactivity to humans or dogs, she has no problem sharing her food and toys. With a little patience and love and some guidance from us she will be a loving companion to anyone that adopts her. I highly recommend her!
