Allie′s Story

My name is Allie and I was found on a rainy day in March, sitting on the edge of a busy road. I had a bleeding wound under my armpit as, most probably, I had been run over by a car. A volunteer of 2ndchance saw me sitting there wet and sad, and immediately picked me up and drove me to the vet. Thankfully my injuries were superficial and, after a few days, I was feeling completely fine. Now I am in the foster care of the 2nd Chance volunteer and I am ready to find my forever family.

Character & Temperament

My foster mum says, I am a typical playful hound dog. She also says, I am giving the best kisses and I am a very funny dog, who makes them laugh all day! I am happy and bouncy and I love attention. I especially enjoy stealing the remote controls. I think they are tasty but my hoomans, don’t agree with me! Sometimes I am a bit scared of men and this is due to my past as a hound dog in Cyprus….. I love all dogs and I am good with cats who are dog savvy.

Ideal Home for Allie

I would like to be adopted by a family with older kids as I am an active girl who loves zoomies and I would hate it to push a small child by accident, while I am playing!
