Winky′s Story

I’m Winky, Wyxie’s first daughter. Life began in a garden, in a small wooden box, with my mom by my side.

I was always playful, curious, and full of energy, but not everyone noticed me.

I watched my mom raise us with nothing—no vaccines, no proper rest, and no real safety. Still, she never stopped trying to protect us.

I wanted love, and sometimes I felt forgotten.

Then one day, everything changed. People from 2nd Chance Dogs came and took us to safety.

Now I can rest, be safe — with care, food, and a future I never imagined.

Character & Temperament

My heart is as big as my curiosity. I’m playful, mischievous, and always ready to explore every little corner of the world around me. I love being close to people and soaking up attention, cuddles, and affection whenever I can get it.

Even after a difficult start in life, I’ve kept my happy spirit. I’m gentle, loving, and full of excitement for new adventures. I enjoy playing, discovering new things, and making friends wherever I go.

More than anything, I just want to feel safe, loved, and part of a family of my own.

Ideal Home for Winky

My ideal home would be with a loving family who will give me patience, kindness, and time to continue discovering the world safely. I would love a home where I can be part of everyday life, enjoy cuddles, playtime, and little adventures. Because I never had a real home before, I will need understanding while I learn new things, but I promise to give all my love in return. A family with another friendly dog could be lovely for me, but most importantly, I just want to feel safe, wanted, and loved forever.
