Shelby′s Story

My brother and I were abandoned in a rural area, where we managed to find shelter beneath a container near a horse riding school. Luckily, the children there heard our cries and came to help us. After crawling through mud and overgrown weeds, they were able to rescue us. We were soaked, cold, hungry, and covered in ticks. They cared for us at the farm for a few days until 2nd Chance had space and welcomed us in.

Character & Temperament

We’re typical puppies, full of curiosity and playful energy! At first, we might be a little shy because life didn’t start out so easy for us, but we quickly find our courage. We learn to trust fast, love cuddles, and can’t wait to explore the world with our tails wagging happily!

Our ideal home is a loving place where we feel safe and cared for. We’d love a family that’s patient and gentle, who gives us plenty of cuddles, playtime, and chances to explore. A home where we can be a little shy at first but grow confident with love and attention—that’s our dream!
