Lillie′s Story

I grew up with a family since I was a puppy. The children played with me at first, but as they grew older, they had less time. At two years old I had seven puppies since they didn't bother to get me spayed. I cared for them with all my heart.

My family didn’t know what to do, so they contacted 2nd Chance Dogs. At first, they only wanted to give away the puppies, but after a long talk, they agreed to let me go too.

That’s when my new life began. I wasn’t just a mama left behind—I was given a second chance.

Character & Temperament

I’m the sweetest girl, always longing for human affection. My first family let me roam free, and one day I was hit by a car. The scars on my legs and my broken tail remind me of how careless people can be.

Still, I never lost my love for people. All I want is kindness, a gentle touch, and to finally be safe with someone who truly cares.

Ideal Home for Lillie

I’m strong and confident, but after raising my pups I need a peaceful place to rest and relax. A soft bed, quiet corners, and plenty of love and attention from my humans—that’s all I ask. I don’t need much fuss, just someone to scratch behind my ears, talk to me, and share time with me. I’m ready to give all my love in return.
