Filios′s Story

I don't remember exactly how I ended up alone, but I believe I was abandoned. For months, I survived in a village where stray dogs weren't welcome, searching bins for scraps and trying to stay safe.

Along the way, I met a young puppy named Cosmo. He needed a friend, so I took him under my wing. Together, we searched for food, looked out for each other, and faced life on the streets as a team.

When 2nd Chance Dogs heard about us, they came to help. But after everything I'd been through, trusting humans wasn't easy, and it took them some time to catch me.

Now I'm safe at the centre, where I'm learning that not all humans are bad. Every day, I grow a little more confident, and for the first time in a long time, I can look forward to a brighter future.

Character & Temperament

I love being around people and will happily soak up all the attention you have to give. Whether it's cuddles, playtime, or just hanging out together, I'm happiest when I'm part of the action.

One thing you should know about me... I absolutely love my food! Treats are a great way to win me over and will help me keep learning new things.

I'm still figuring out this whole pet dog life, so I'm learning to wear a collar and harness and to walk nicely on a lead.

I'm looking for a family that wants a fun, happy dog to share life with.

I'll need a patient family who understands that these things are new to me and is happy to guide me with kindness, encouragement, and plenty of tasty rewards.
