Berry′s Story

Someone dumped us in a landfill, where we hid beneath an old sofa — four tiny pups, skinny, covered in fleas, scared and helpless. Our tummies were empty, and we stayed curled together to feel safe in the cold, noisy world around us.

Then kind hands found us.

Now, at 2nd Chance Dogs, our bellies are full, our beds are warm, and our tails wag nonstop. Every day we grow stronger, happier, and finally learn what love feels like.

Character & Temperament

I'm the kind of puppy who likes to take a moment to watch what's happening before jumping in. I enjoy observing the world around me, figuring things out, and then joining the fun once I've had a chance to take it all in. My curious nature means I'm always interested in new sights, sounds, people, and adventures.

I'm a sweet girl with a playful side. I love having fun, exploring, and spending time with my canine friends, but I'm also patient and thoughtful. Rather than rushing into everything, I like to learn and understand things first.

I'm a clever puppy who enjoys discovering how things work and finding new ways to entertain myself. Because I'm observant and eager to learn, I pick up on routines and new experiences quickly. Whether it's exploring a new environment, learning something new, or making friends, I approach life with curiosity and enthusiasm.
