There are times when to say NO is not an option…. When you know that the other options are a horrible pound or the wrong people and that the dogs will be doomed…… A few days ago, someone threw 11 tiny puppies outside a kind man’s house. This man already has 9 dogs (one of them disabled) and 12 cats… all rescues. He was desperate for help and so he contacted everybody he could think of. Unfortunately, no one could help as no one had space. Even though we are at full capacity, once we saw those little faces and knowing what their fate would be, we decided to take them under our care and give them the chance they deserve. They have already visited the vets and they all have a skin condition (Demotex) and so they need treatment for that (we don’t know the cost yet). They all need vaccinations (3 each – so €495). They need microchips (€220). They need deworming and de-fleaing (€165) and of course they need high quality puppy food…. We are facing a big vet bill that will reach €1000. So, we are asking once again for your kind help…. Let’s make a good deed for Christmas. Let’s all together help these little souls… They depend on us; we depend on you….
