Sienna′s Story
Hi Ya My name is Sienna
How I ended up here?
Well, my previous owner put me in the car one day I was so excited as I thought we were going for a drive he drove and drove and we got to these nice fields next to the sea, he took me out patted me on the head and drove off, so I waited and waited but he didn't come back I thought he forgot where he left me so I started to walk in the direction he drove in the hope he would find me.
It was soo hot I was so thirsty as some days went by no one came ... I was soooo hungry I started to feel dizzy and couldn't find any water to drink.
This lady stopped and got out of the car she had water and food, she took me into her car and that is how I ended up here.
Character & Temperament
I am a human oriented pooch, I love humans and being with humans will make a great best friend. I love small humans as well as long as they know how to behave around me, I love to play with humans, love toys and make a great couch potato too as long as my human friend is nearby.
I don't like to be left alone for long periods of time as I get scared but once my human friends come I am back to my old self.
I am great with food and know some basic training. I am great on lead and love to go for walks. I can seems scary when I am behind a fence but that is just because I want to go on the other side lol. My carers call me a cry baby sometimes as I always want to go to them.
Ideal Home for Sienna
I would love a hme with a family with loads of activities as I would love to be part of everything they do. Love walks and love being with humans, so a family that has one member of the family at home or that is not away for an extended period of time would be super.
I would love a big yard but as long as I can go for a walk it would be fine.
Trainers Evaluation
Sienna is a georgeous GSD mix, she is a typical gsd that loves humans and the company of humans. She has shown no resource guarding at her stay at the center, is great on lead and knows basic cues, sit, down etc,
She is more toy orentated and loves pullers and tug toys. SHe is great with children as long as they know how to behave around dogs. Sienna is wonderfull with other dogs big and small. Coming from a kennel enviroment she is reactive behind a fence. If the adopters have another dog the correct introduction is very important. In general Sienna is a wonderfull typical GSD with no health isssues. Being a mixed breed her legs and are perfect and back is straight the way it should be.
