James′s Story

Hi I am James, they call me the gentle giant for some unknown reason , perhaps I am just huge and really tipsy toe gentle..

I was taken to an industrial area out side Nicosia by my previous owner and I though we were going for a walk... but he just open the door and put me outside and drove away...

Why , why? I kept asking myself what did I do wrong and I was being punished.

after two weeks of walking around this nice lady stopped and offered me something to eat yum yum of course I couldn't resist, she put a lead on me and took me to the vet, I had injured my leg and she took me to the Vet and the rest is history...

Character & Temperament

I have been taken good care of here at the Rehoming center, my carers feed me and let me out to play twice a day..

I share a run with Keira the 3 legged GSD she and I are in love.. we love to play together, they put me with her because I am a real gentleman and I am very cautious of how I play with her, I am great with humans , I love humans and small children and I am very cautious around them as I know I am much bigger than them.

Ideal Home for James

A home with a big Yard would be a dream but I love lazing around , I am quite the couch potato so I can live in a small house even as long as I get regular walks, I would love to find a hom with a family as I love getting attention, my ultimate dream would be to get adopted together with Keira my lovely GSD friend here at the center..

Trainers Evaluation

James is a stunner, such a lovely temprament and charachter a real gentle giant. no issues at all, loves other dogs, loves humans, excellent with small children. He is fine with strangers when they approach and no issues with noises etc. He is amazing on lead and knows basic cues , sit , down etc. Highly recommend this dog will make a fine addition to any family.
